The Coburn Gallery at Ashland University will host an exhibition titled Flash- featuring collage works by 11 artists from across the United States. This exhibition offers a broad range of analog techniques that include both 2-D and 3-D forms as well as a diverse approach to the use of ephemera. The exhibition will open with a reception on Thursday, September 1, from 4:30-6:30pm. The reception is free and open to the public.
The exhibition features the following artists: Axelle Kieffer of Georgia, Rhonda Urdang of Arizona, Clare Murray Adams of Southington, Ohio, Nick DeFord of Tennessee, Diane Speight of Georgia, Robert Villamagna of West Virginia, Dan Barry of Texas, Colleen Monette of Washington, Larry Zdeb of Michigan, Gwyn Waight of Peninsula, Ohio and Bret Hines of Akron, Ohio.
The Flash- Collage Exhibition will run from August 29 through September 23. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
